Phil qualified as an Electrical Engineer but has been in the field of Information Systems for more years than he cares to remember. His roles have ranged from team member to Project Manager for multi-million pound Enterprise-Wide systems.
His key skills include team management, business case preparation, cost justification, contract management and Change Management.
Phil is a keen sailor, having owned his own yacht for many years.
Jonathan Farbowski (BEng, MBA (TechMgmt)) - Technical Director
Jonathan also qualified as an Engineer (Electrical and Electronics) moving into the field of Information Systems some months after graduating with a BEng.
His area of expertise lies in the ability to assess user needs and translate them into technical specifications. Keys skills include system design, system installation and testing, user interface design and system benefit realisation.
Jonathan is a keen mountain biker, motor biker and golfer.
